Does a test report apply to every batch?
No. Results apply only to the submitted sample and production batch identified in the report. Matching report and batch details are shown when available.
Why do some products have no test information?
Test information is displayed only after the relevant material is available and matched to the product and batch. Missing material is not replaced with placeholder claims.
How can I track an order?
Open the Track Order page and use the order number and email address entered when the order was placed.
Where are shipping and return terms?
