Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is approximately 15–20 days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary by destination, customs clearance, local holidays, and service to remote areas.

A tracking number will be provided after dispatch so customers can follow the shipment. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, address, and contact details, and for completing any required destination customs procedures.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund to the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. For health and hygiene reasons, opened nutrition products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where the product is defective or local law requires otherwise.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an apparent quality issue, contact email support within 7 days of delivery and include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Once reviewed, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or return instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be identifiable or processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We will cover reasonable handling costs for incorrect items, transit damage, or confirmed product issues. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
